I work with individuals and couples helping them deal effectively with problems that arise through the course of their individual and family life cycle. These may include relationship problems, conflict among family members, challenges raising children, difficulties adjusting to different life stresses, anxiety and depression. I view psychotherapy as a process of exploration that leads to further understanding of oneself and others. Crises and life challenges offer opportunities for personal and relationship growth, as well as opportunities for making choices that lead to the improvement of the overall quality of our lives.
