I offer a safe, supportive space to help you understand and manage your fears so they do not feel so heavy in your body. I take this work seriously and will support and challenge you to do the hard work, while also using humor when it helps make things feel more human and manageable. You are encouraged to take up as much space as you need. No concern is too much. You will always be in the driver’s seat. People tell me I am a pretty great passenger : )
