I have been practicing as a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner since 2019. My focus is helping adults manage a diverse array of therapeutic issues including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, challenging life transitions, compulsive self-harm, and suicidal ideation.
