I work with clients to notice what’s happening in their minds and bodies, understand where it comes from, and learn how to respond differently versus react in familiar ways. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, or relationship stress, we’ll focus on both the daily tools and the deeper roots. I show up with directness and care, helping you build insight, grow self-trust, and create lasting change, on your terms and at your pace (with a gentle nudge if needed from time to time). My approach is caring, challenging, and direct. I am an unwavering ally to my clients and therefore I will consistently make sure we are working hard together on your goals. I am trained in various modalities and experienced in both inpatient and outpatient settings. If you feel I am not the right clinician for you keep looking, don’t give up.
