I love working with children. I see children beginning at age 6. Today children face issues that were not present 10-15 years ago, things like the effects of social media, anxiety, bullying, divorce, low self esteem and many other issues. My goal is to help children through the use of play and art therapy techniques work though their issues. I also see adolescents and adults. In their sessions, I offer art therapy techniques, and talk therapy. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Client Centered Therapy in my sessions.
