Hi! I am a Clinical Social Worker in private practice (telehealth only). In my practice I work with individuals 18+ who are struggling with life events that feel unmanageable. This includes trauma, reationship conflicts, job/school stress, parenting challenges or any other situation that has been interfering with feelings of life satisfaction and peace. Often times my clients are experiencing high levels of sadness, anxiety, isolation, and self doubt. My clients are looking to be understood and to gain tools to cope with their challenges.
