In my Solution Focused approach, a person looks at the issues/areas of life that need to be changed, and what habits, behaviors, actions and choices keep perpetuating these issues in your life or relationships. We look at when these issues are resolved, what will be different? What will you notice now that these issues are no longer on the emotional property of your life? What will others notice?
