About

My passion for psychology started when I needed to understand myself at 27 years of age and my journey began. Through the years I continued to study; work with therapists and Ph.D,'s; heal items in my own life and received profound positive changes for my efforts. I decided to return to school and obtain my degree in the field that I love so I can help others on their journey. I have provided psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and seniors. I have worked with individuals who have health issues who need support. My approach is client centered, optimistic and strength based.
