About
I am a Christian Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I love to work with people of all ages. I incorporate a Holistic, Systemic approach in my work in these modalities: groups, couples, families and individuals. I have extensive experience teaching parenting and working with youth in a variety of capacities, initially as a Youth Minister, Sunday School teacher and school based lunch bunches. I also work with divorcing and divorced couples in need of better parenting strategies. I primarily utilize CBT, DBT, ART, family therapy theoryand Biblical Principles in my practice.
