I'm here to help you put one foot in front of the other - a task that can feel impossible. In our time together I will help you challenge unhelpful thought patterns, reëvaluate life goals, and chart a path towards feeling whole. Seeking support for this is an act of bravery, and I salute you for being here, and reading this. I specialise in grief and loss, anxiety and depression, and the vague feeling that something "isn't right" or that you aren't living up to your full potential - single or partnered.
