My name is Lulu, and I have a master's in clinical mental health counseling from Merrimack College. I specialize working with young adults who may struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationships. As a former division 1 athlete, I also work with clients on their mental performance to help student athletes become the best version of themselves both on and off the field! My approach to therapy is a strengths-based client centered approach. I hope to create a safe and trusting relationship with my clients in order to partner with them to reach their goals.
