Meliora Counseling & Wellness is the name of my practice. Meliora is a latin work for "Things continuing to change" and My tagline is... The pursuit of better, because I believe that everyone has the ability to be the best version of themselves. I believe that we can strive everyday to be better than yesterday. My clients are in charge of their own healing, and so I take a client-centered approach to therapy, and I believe in utilizing one’s strengths and building upon them in order to help my clients reach their goals.
