In twenty-four years of mental health work and seventeen years of professional coaching, I have developed expertise in relationship counseling, depression and anxiety, anger management, behavior disorders and recovery from abuse. I have coached clients in personal growth, self esteem, assertiveness and divorce/blended families.I enjoy coaching divorced families toward healthy bonding and blending. After the pain of divorce, it is challenging to incorporate all parents, step parents, siblings, half-siblings, step siblings, grandparents, and other extended family into a loving group where all members can grow and be productive.
