About
Therapy is a process of building a trusting relationship in which expression, exploration, awareness and healing occur. I provide a warm, nurturing environment in which this therapeutic relationship can develop and grow. Knowing that each client is unique, I tailor my approach to best meet each individual’s needs. As an art therapist and psychotherapist, I have worked with adults, adolescents, children and families in a variety of settings. My creative methods include both traditional “talk” therapy as well as the use of art materials to foster expression and facilitate the process.
