Hello, I am so glad you have found my page! I know it can be a little overwhelming as you scroll through all the counselor profiles searching for that perfect fit. As a licensed Christian counselor I work with many professional leaders in the community who are very successful in one area of their lives, but seem to struggle in other areas. Such as: personal relationships, anxiety management, stress, communication within the family, and trauma. They often feel stuck in negative patterns of interaction and desperately want to find relief. I am here to tell you that there is hope! You don’t have to struggle alone any longer! I specialize in helping couples reconnect, rebuild trust, and learn to communicate through simple exercises that rebuild intimacy. Many couples come to therapy feeling like roommates and leave feeling connected, loved, and understood. Counseling is an effective tool for those who are committed to the process, willing to work, and able to risk vulnerability.
