Grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy and trained in the Gottman Method, I focus on building strong, collaborative relationships that help clients feel understood and empowered. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, autism spectrum disorder, and other life challenges, supporting clients as they work toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.
