I can offer advice on coping strategies, mindfulness, and guide you through cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques. No matter what you have experienced, survived, or done, you are worthy & valuable. I believe in encouraging clients to work through feelings of shame that can be pervasive and devastating to their lives.
