There are times in our lives when we may feel as though we are just going through the motions. Past experiences, perhaps dating back to childhood, could show up in a variety of ways in your adult life. Sometimes you may realize that there could be a connection between your past affecting the present but you are not quite sure how. You may be experiencing a variety of overwhelming emotions, some of which could be contributing to anxiety, depression or showing up in your interpersonal relationships.
