Are you feeling stuck and ready for a change? I’m so glad you have taken the first step to finding some peace and wellness, I hope I can help in your journey! I believe that everyone can benefit from having some time to work through some of their “stuff”. We all have it… baggage, traumas, anxieties, struggles… whatever you call it, it can get in the way of living the life you want. I am here to help. I use a client centered, eclectic approach to help you find your way to wellness and peace. I provide a judgement free, safe and confidential space to work through all this “stuff”. As a licensed mental health counselor for over 10 years, I have worked with people in all stages of life - however my specialty is working with adults. I love helping parents rediscover the joy of life again. I also am trained as a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator, which I utilize in both individual therapy and parenting groups.
