Therapy does not have to be a scary path that we take alone, but can be an extremely rewarding and eye-opening experience that I would deem as a privilege to be able to forge with you. Mental health and life can come with its challenges but when faced together challenges can be conquered with grace and understanding and it is my goal is to help you reach your full potential on your journey through life. Mental health is not about our destination but about the journey of us getting there and the beautiful roads that we take on the way. Currently 5 years in my field working on my Play Therapy license/Autplay certification. I offer experience with working with a wide variety of different culturally diverse client's including adults, children, teenagers, families, the aging populations, LGBTQ+, military, rescue services, police officers, neurodivergence, etc and experience with a wide variety of mental health concerns. I am always continuing to learn new education.
