I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a passion for serving and connecting to our local community. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming place for you to engage in therapy. I welcome all folks from various backgrounds and encourage clients to embrace what makes them unique. I use a person-centered solution focused approach that encourages clients to release self-judgment. We all struggle from time to time and it takes courage to ask for help. I see clients virtually, in office, and out in nature for walk and talk therapy.
