I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families with a wide variety of issues and challenges. I especially enjoy working with children and teens, using sensory techniques and creativity through art, music, and play in sessions. I utilizes a person-centered and strengths-based integrative approach drawing from a number of different theories and techniques, as needed, to meet the individual needs of each client. I believe in holistic health, which focuses on the important connection between the mind and the body.
