Hi, I’m Melissa, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in trauma-informed care. I offer a calm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where individuals and couples can explore difficult experiences at a pace that feels safe. I work with childhood and relationship trauma, PTSD and complex trauma, anxiety, shame, and long-standing patterns shaped by the past. Using approaches such as EMDR and trauma-informed CBT, I help clients feel more grounded, build self-compassion, and create healthier relationships.
