I specialize in working with motivated young professionals in their 20s and 30s who want to improve their relationships, manage stress, and navigate life transitions. Many of my clients identify as anxious high-achievers who are looking for ways to reduce anxiety and increase balance in their lives. Whether it is feelings of uncertainty about a future career path, adjusting to life post college, struggles with self-esteem and perfectionism, or managing a new medical diagnosis or chronic illness, I partner with my clients to identify goals and create a path forward.
