My goal as a therapist is to be a safe landing spot for your biggest emotions, aspirations, hesitations, and anxieties as you navigate the transitions of parenthood. Using a blend of evidence-based therapy styles and life experience as a parent of two, I will work alongside you to help you understand yourself and find better ways to manage the stressors that at times feel unmanageable.
