Ever feel like you need some assistance in working through a particular issue or topic? Throughout my work, I have supported a variety of diverse clients. Individuals or partners struggling with life transitions, trauma, relationships, sexual concerns, intimacy struggles and managing every day life is what many of my clients work on in therapy. My background in business leadership gives me a different perspective in assisting individuals with managing stress and pressure. I specialize in sex therapy, stress management, trauma, substance abuse and relationships. Training includes Brainspotting, sexual wellness, addiction, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I utilize an eclectic and holistic approach to therapy to assist clients through life transitions, gain insights into thoughts and behaviors, and work through barriers.
