Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who supports individuals, couples, and young people navigating life transitions, trauma, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. I offer a warm, collaborative space grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect. My approach is integrative and relational, drawing from person-centered, feminist, narrative, solution-focused, and somatic frameworks. I believe healing honors both lived experience and the mind–body connection, and I incorporate developmentally attuned, experiential tools when helpful.
