I am a licensed professional counselor with over 20 years experience, specializing in the treatment of PTSD, trauma, and symptoms related to distressing events. I also work with complex trauma. I enjoy getting to know clients, developing an increased understanding of them; where they have been, where they are, and what they want to accomplish. I am committed to helping clients. I am trained and certified in EMDR with 14 years of experience. I am also trained in IFS (Internal Family Systems therapy) with 8 years of experience. Both are evidence based. I also use Polyvagal therapy to help clients sooth their nervous system.
