I work with adolescents and adults who are seeking to better understand themselves. My orientation is psychodynamic and relational, but my approach is flexible to the individual needs of my client. I believe building a collaborative and trusting relationship is a key component to success in treatment. My intention is to connect with you in a meaningful way and help you understand yourself more deeply and fully. Together we will explore your history and your patterns, as well as the current emotional and behavioral difficulties that have led you to seek treatment.
