Making the choice to come to therapy requires an incredible amount of courage. From the first interaction I hope to convey my deep respect for choosing to look at the parts of ourselves that are not working. Exploring what has you stuck can seem daunting and frustrating. My viewpoint of clients, is that they are strong, capable and willing to engage with themselves from a perspective of learning and growth. Therapy allows for us to heal in the context of a relationship, allowing for the creation of new narratives about our ability to trust, connect, and give and receive care.
