Hello! I am Melissa Castillo. I am dedicated to building trusting relationships with my clients. I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults in both in-home and outpatient therapy settings, helping clients navigate challenges like substance use, anxiety, trauma, and depression. I take a client-centered, solution-focused approach to therapy, and I draw on evidence-based practices such as Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy (MDFT) and Motivational Interviewing to support lasting change. My goal is to empower individuals and families to work through their difficulties and achieve their personal goals. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults managing the stress of living in a rapidly changing world. I support my clients in processing the impact of trauma on their every life, relationships and personal goals. I also am passionate about working with those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD and relationship issues.
