Through Monarch Counseling & Wellness, I offer individual and couples counseling for adults and adolescents (ages 15+) seeking healing and support from trauma, grief/loss, and difficult life challenges. Common problems my clients face are Depression, Anxiety, Personality Disorders, Addiction, PTSD, and challenges related to those who identify as LGBTQ+. I am an EMDR trained therapist and also IFS Level 1 trained. I also offer training and supervision services for those seeking LCSW licensure.
