My practice assists clients seeking mental health therapy to manage symptoms of; Post Traumatic Stress disorder, anxiety, depression, anger management, and grief. My clients seek guidance in processing complicated emotions; sadness, hopelessness, and worthlessness. My clients may have a history of legal concerns and difficulty maintaining relationships with family or friends. I have been practicing as a mental health therapist since the beginning of 2018. I have experience in providing care and support to clientele with a history of feeling isolated, judged and rejected by others. I specialize in working with individuals who have severe mental illness, trauma, and short-term mental health concerns.
