I’m Melissa, a trauma-informed therapist with over 7 years of experience working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, disordered eating, perfectionism, and substance use. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore what’s underneath current struggles, build practical coping skills, and create steady, sustainable change.
