I believe at the core of each of our experiences in life is our felt sense of feeling safe or unsafe in relationships and situations. I also believe that our nervous system is inherently linked to how we are responding to people & situations. The acknowledgement of our nervous system requires us to connect to our body & become an active observer of how we are managing or coping while being in the world. This process is focused on initially helping people begin to find things that make them feel better & resourced & then moving towards the "hot button topics" once we have reached a more resilient place in our systems.
