Perhaps you are feeling your lowest, or are struggling to adjust to one of life’s many transitions. Maybe you are having difficulty connecting to others in your close relationships, or you are just looking to understand yourself better and grow into the best possible version of yourself. I work with adults of all ages and specialize in young adults. I am trained to work with a variety of clinical concerns, and I have a particular focus on working with college students, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and people from a variety of sociocultural backgrounds.
