I have a strong passion for working with individuals facing various life challenges. I am passionate and hold a certification to work with women who are experiencing perinatal/postpartum mood and anxiety disorders. Together we explore the role of motherhood and the many challenges it can bring about while also working to find your me again post baby. I allow my clients the space for self-improvement along with a working collaborative relationship. I am also hold groups for expecting and postpartum moms. These run for 6 weeks at a time and are held virtually. I am happy to provide more information via email.
