I am a licensed clinical professional counselor and research-informed professional who works collaboratively and relationally with adults ages 18 to 100+ years old across a range of mental health concerns, including: anxiety, depression, trauma, lifespan development, attachment, interpersonal relationships, family of origin, gender identity and transition, sexual identity, race and ethnicity, aging, grief and loss, and transitions across the lifespan. I also provide clinical supervision of pre-licensed masters-level professionals. I previously worked for 10 years as a therapist and clinical supervisor at Montana State University Counseling and Psychological Services, in addition to maintaining a small private practice.
