I'm the Founder and Clinical Director of Columbus Park and have spent nearly two decades leading a team of specialists in the treatment of eating disorders across the lifespan, working with adults, adolescents, children, and families. Alongside this leadership role, a significant part of my clinical practice is dedicated to Family Based Treatment. I am a certified FBT provider with a strong focus on adolescents, supporting parents in stepping into confident, effective roles while helping teens move toward recovery. My approach is grounded, collaborative, and evidence based, with an emphasis on trust, clarity, and practical guidance.
