I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health. I believe that building trust, dialogue, and strong rapport are cornerstones of the therapeutic process. I strive to create an open, welcome, and safe environment for every client that I work with. My approach is both collaborative and skills-based with the intention of helping clients gain insight and clarity into what is troubling them most.
