Our goal is to help you achieve your goals. We treat each person as the individual that they are, with the understanding that we are not fully responsible for all of the difficulties in our lives, but that we can collaborate to help make the challenges you face more manageable. Our experiences have been primarily with individuals and families, those struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, relationship issues and adjustment. We welcome anyone who is seeking an objective individual, and a safe place to explore their situation and feelings. We have both male and female identified clinicians on staff. Ideally, we will work together to empower you to regain control of your life and feel better equipped to achieve the happiness you deserve. The office in Madison is easily accessible off the highway and by bus.
