My specialty is attachment-based, trauma-informed therapy for adults and couples. I work at the intersection of attachment trauma, ADHD, and trauma-related stress, including PTSD. Therapy focuses on helping clients understand their relational and nervous system patterns, slow down reactivity, and build safer, more secure ways of relating. With couples, we work to identify negative cycles and strengthen emotional connection. With individuals, we focus on regulation, insight, and practical strategies that support real-life functioning.
