I have 20 years of experience as an LCSW-C supporting, educating and holding emotional space for teens and their families. I have post graduate training Certification in Child and Adolescent Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and a Certified Anxiety Treatment Professional. I am also trained as an ADHD/EF Academic Coach. I work colaboratively with adolescents, young adults and their families dealing with issues of anxiety, depression, parenting, family conflicts, sexuality, and childhood traumas. I partner with schools to support client with ADHD and educational issues. I am licensed in to provide therapyVA, OH, NC, MA, & SC.
