I am a clinician in the mental health field with 20+ years of experience. I hold a Master's Degree in Social Work from Columbia University. My clinical practice incorporates several evidence-based modalities, including being an EMDRIA certified therapist and training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Additionally, I am an Advanced Certified Teacher of the Befriending Your Body Program. This unique 8-week Somatic Self-Compassion Recovery program teaches skills of embodiment and self-compassion, aimed at addressing disordered eating and fostering peace with one's body, food, and Self.
