Struggle seems to find us all. Relationships can be complicated and difficult to navigate. We weren't meant to struggle alone, and hope is available. Whether you are trying to parent well through hard circumstances, process unresolved trauma/grief or overcome feeling stuck in your old anxious patterns, I welcome my clients to a safe space to work on what matters most. Since 1998, I have been working with adults, children and their families in the school and other mental health settings. I am passionate about making meaningful connections with my clients to help them grow and heal. I look forward to meeting you. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Trauma Practitioner. I utilize evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, Attachment Therapy, and TBRI (Trust Based Relational Intervention) as well a faith-based perspective to help you grow spiritually, mentally and emotionally.
