Above all treatment modalities, the biggest predictor of success in therapy is a positive relationship between the client and the therapist. As a therapist, I work to create a safe, non-judgemental therapeutic environment in which clients can heal and grow. During our time in therapy together, we will work closely to analyze what struggles you are facing, their underlying causes, and try to change the behaviors and thought patterns that are keeping you from being the person you want to be.
