We will find treatment style that works best for you and identify coping strategies that you are practical and effective. I treat adolescents, adults, and older adults with various mental health struggles and life transitions. I have a strong commitment to helping queer and trans individual, adolescents, teens and young adults dealing with school and social stress, neurodivergent folks, pregnant and post-partum individuals, parents, couples facing challenges in relationships and aging adults.
