Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted? Do you tell people you're "fine" on the outside and yet inside, you feel dysregulated and anxious? Maybe you feel like you constantly shut down, have constant negative thoughts, or upsetting relationship patterns keep repeating? It feels impossible sometimes and the struggling can feel so out of hand. You want to feel like somebody understands you, and that you are not alone. The job is to show up as deeply committed to meeting you exactly where you are. This means that in this space, you won’t hear me telling you what you need to do, or have me rushing you through this process.
