I specialize in perinatal mental health, depression, anxiety, and trauma, women's and men's issues. I'm trauma informed, antiracist, anti-oppressive, LGBTQ+ affirming, and neurodiversity affirming. I practice from an intersectional feminist relational lens and incorporate evidence based interventions tailored to the client's needs. My clients experience me as warm and empathic. We will help you tap into your own inner wisdom and self-care and help you find constructive coping strategies that reduce distressing symptoms and bring greater joy, pleasure, and inner peace.
