I work with individuals, couples and families that struggle with anxiety, depression and relationships. Growing up in a single-parent household, I realized very early on in my youth that life has the ability to be a struggle. However, I also saw firsthand, that with the support of friends and family, we can embrace our innate resiliency and even help others do the same.
